TV, PC and printer
The picture does not appear on the television.
• Is the camera connected to the TV correctly?
pSet the TV input to External Input Mode.
The display areas on the TV screen and the camera’s LCD Monitor are different.
• Depending on the TV model, the pictures may be extended horizontally or vertically or
they may be displayed with their edges cut off.
The motion pictures cannot be played back on a TV.
• Are you trying to play back the motion pictures by directly inserting the card in the card
slot of the TV?
pConnect the camera to the TV with the AV cable and then play back the pictures on
the camera. (P105)
The picture is not displayed fully on the TV.

The picture cannot be transferred when the camera is connected to a PC.
• Is the camera connected to the PC correctly?
• Is the camera recognized by the PC correctly?
pSet to [PC] in [USB Mode]. (P107)
The card is not recognized by the PC. (The built-in memory is recognized.)
pDisconnect the USB connection cable. Connect it again while the card is inserted in
the camera.
The SDXC Memory Card is not recognized by the PC.
pCheck if your computer supports SDXC Memory Cards.

pDo not format the card if you see the message prompting you to do so when
connecting the camera to the PC.
pIf the [Access] on the LCD Monitor does not disappear, turn the camera off, and then
disconnect the USB connection cable.
Uploading to the YouTube or Facebook is failed.
pCheck if your log-in information (log-in ID, user name, email address and password)
is correct.
pConnect PC to the internet.
pCheck if the resident software such as Antivirus Software or Firewall, etc. is blocking
for accessing to YouTube or Facebook.
