When the massage starts
Adjust the length of the legrest to accommodate the position of the backs of your calves or knees to fit into the legrest wells.
For the hand/arm massage, lift the armrest up and insert your arm.
Insert your hand
Armrestwith fingers extended.
Push the legrest with the sole of your foot while pulling the legrest slide lever.
Caution
•Remove hard objects, such as false fingernails, wristwatches, or rings when massaging the hands or arms.
•Remove hard objects from the pockets of your trousers when massaging seat/thigh. Failure to do so may result in injury.
During a massage
•To change off/on for “LEG/FOOT,” “SEAT,” or “HAND/ARM” and adjust its intensity, see page 30.
