The buttons flash while recharging and stop when finished (5 to 6 hours). You can also connect the AC adaptor directly to the DC IN jack. You can recharge the batteries before they are fully discharged.

Fit the battery lid so it is secure and flush with the battery compartment if it comes loose, otherwise it can scratch your discs.

Press the - end and lift out to remove.

Keep the magnetic adaptor away from items easily influenced by magnetism (e.g., bank cards, commuter passes, and clocks).

Conserving power

To save power when the unit is not to be used for a long time, unplug the AC adaptor from the household AC outlet. The unit consumes a small amount of power, even when it is turned off.
