827102 LAT MACHINE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: BOLT LENGTH IS MEASURED FROM THE UNDERSIDE OF THE HEAD OF THE BOLT.

BOLT LENGTH RULER:

Insert One (1) 2" ENDCAPand two (2) 2-1/2" ODENDCAPSinto the open ends of the BASE.

2.Apply two (2) 2-1/2" X 5-t/2" NONSKID STRIPS to the BASEas shown on drawing,

3.Insert two (2) 2" ENDCAPSinto the open ends of the FRONTUPRIGHT,

4.Insert one (1) 3 X 2" ENDCAPinto front end &the BOOMand slide two (2) 3/8 ID X 5" VINYL CAPSover fat bar hooks.

Insert one (1) 2" ENDCAPinto the top of the REARUPRIGHT,Install two t12) 2" COVERCAPSover bottom ends of the REARUPRIGHT.

Assemble two (2) 4 X 7" ROLLERPADS to the FRONTUPRIGHTusing one (1) ROLLERPAD SHAFT and two (2) MUSHROOMCAPS,
