To perform FLATBENCHEXERCISES,lift the BENCHSLIDEup and set the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTBARinto the bottom rungs of the UPRIGHTFRAMES.Lower the BENCHSLIDE down on top of the HEIGHTADJUSTMENTBAR. Adjust the WOLFFSLEEVEforward or backward until proper alignment with UPRIGHTSis reached, and tighten THUMBSCREW.

To perform INCLINEPRESSES, lower the BENCHSLIDE down onto the BENCHNRA.ME.Place the HEIGHTADJUSTMENTBARinto the forth or fifth rungs (DEPENDINGONANGLEOF INCLINE) of the UPRIGHTFRAMESAdjust. the WOLFFSLEEVEforward or backward until proper alignment with UPRIGHTSis reached, and tighten THUMBSCREWAdjust. the SEATPAD,by pulling back the U-PIN and allow it to rest up again the SPRINGPIN HOUSINGon the WOLFFSLEEVE.

To perform MILITARYPRESSES,lower the BENCHSLIDEdown onto the BENCH:FI.IAlVIE. Place the HEIGHTADJUSTMENTBARinto the fifth rungs of the UPRIGHTFRAMESAdjust. the WOLFFSLEEVEbackward to the last adjustment hole in the BENCHSLIDE, and tighten

THUMBSCREW.

To perform DECLINE PRESSES, and AB CRUNCHESthe OPTIONALLEG CURL/EXTENSION PEDESTALwill be needed. Insert the U-PIN through thehole in the LEGEXTENSIONNECKand the

BUSHINGon the LEG EXTENSION(AT THE SAMETIME). Insert the LEG EXTENSIONNECK into the UPRIGHTTUBEof the BENCHFRAMEand allow the U-PINto rest on top, and tighten THUMBSCREWLower. the BENCHSLIDE down onto the BENCHFRAME.Lock legs in behind the ROLLERPADS of the LEG CURL/EXTENSIONPEDESTAL. The WOLFFSLEEVE may be adjusted for comfort.

To perform SQUATS, (MAKE SURE THAT NO ATTACHMENTSARE IN THE UP]LIGHT TUBE OF THEBENCHFRAME)slide the WOLFFSLEEVEto the front of the BENCHSLIDE. Rotate the BENCHSLIDEup and allow it to rest on the UPRIGHTTUBE.Allow the BACKPAD, to hang down.
