LOOSELYassemble the LEFT and RIGHT BOOMSUPPORTWELDMENTSto the TOP BOOM WELDMENTas shown.

LOOSELYassemble the UPRIGHT WELDMENTSto the LEFT and RIGHT BOOM'3UPPORT WELDMENTSas shown.

SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL LOOSE BOLT CONNECTION MADE TO THIS POINT.

Assemble the 4 X 7 IN. ROLLERPADS with MUSHROOMCAPS to the SWIVEL KNEESUPPORT WELDMENTas shown, also assemble one (1) SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLYto the SWIVEL KNEE SUPPORTWELDMENTas shown in (DETAIL D) then SECURELYassemble it to the UPRIGHT FRAME ~TLD2"~IENT as shown. (NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THIS CONNECTION,THE

11.Insert two (2) 2 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto the BEARINGHOUSINGWELDMENTas shown, then SECURELYassemble it along with the CENTERPULLEY BRACKETWELDMENTto the UPRIGHT FRAME WELDMENTas shown.

12.Insert four (4) 2 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto the LEFTand RIGHTPECARMWELDMENTSas shown, then assemble them to the BEARINGHOUSINGWELDMENTas shown. Also attach tw? (2) 1 IN. SQ. GLIDES to the BEARING HOUSINGWELDMENTas shown.

13.SECURELYassemble the PADto the UPRIGHTFRAMEWELD3/IENTas shown, Also slide the 4 X 12 IN. ROLLERPADS onto the LEFT and RIGHT PEC ARMWELDMENTSas shown. (TIY': USE WINDOWCLEANER ON THE INSIDE OF THE ROLLER PAD TO tIELP EASE ASSEMBLY)

A.Attach the ends of CABLE(6492201) tothe LEFT and RIGHT PEC ARMWELDMENTSas shown.

B.Drape the CABLEover the two (2) PULLEYSon the CENTERPULLEYBRACIfET WELD3IENTwhichwill create a loop in the CABLE.(NOTE: AFTERCABLEIS ROUTED OVER PULLEYS, POSITION CABLE RETAINING CLIPS OVER THE PULLEYS AS SHOWN AND TIGHTEN)

C.Place one (1) 3-i/2 X 1 IN. PULLEYinto the loop of the CABLE,and SECURELYassemble the PULLEY BRACKETWELDMENTto the PULLEYas shown.
