STEP 11:

¯Wrapthe CABLE(10) around one 3-1/2" PULLEY(8) and SECURELYassemble the PULLEYto the plate on the UPRIGHT FRAMEusing one 3/8 X 2" BOLT(14), one CABLERETAININGCLIP(13), one 3/8" WASHER(17), and 3/8"LOCK NUT(18) as shownin FIGURE11. (NOTE:Before tightening PULLEY,makesure RETAININGCLIPis positioned shownin FIGURE11.)

¯SECURELYthread the end of the CABLE(10) 3/4 of the wayinto into the threaded housing on the PULLEYBRACKET(5) SECURELYtighten jam nut.
