The EE mechanism is fully coupled to the ASA film speed, the shutter speed and the aperture.

exposure symbol of either sunny 
,cloudy
or indoor 
.With ASA 100 film for example, the shutter speeds are set at 1/500
sec. for sunny 
,1/125 sec. for cloudy 
and 1/30 sec. for indoor
