Setting the World Time

The date and time selected in “Initial Settings (Setting the Display Language and the Date and Time)” (p.28) serve as the Home Time setting.

You can display the time in a city other than the Home Time city (World Time). This is useful when taking pictures abroad.

1	Select [World Time] on the [B Set-up] menu.
2	Press the four-way controller (5).	World Time
	The World Time screen appears.
3		Select time
	Use the four-way controller (45)	12:00AM
		Destination
	to select X (Destination) or W	Hometown	DST
		New York		DST
	(Hometown).
		New York		DST
				OFF

X : Displays the time in the city selected MENU as the Destination city

W: Displays the time in the city selected as the Hometown city

4 Press the four-way controller (3) to select X

(Destination).

5	Press the four-way controller (5).	Destination
	The Destination screen appears. The city
6	that is currently selected blinks on the map.
	Use the four-way controller (45)
	to change the Destination city.	New York
		DST	-13:00
	The location of the destination and the time	MENU Cancel	OK OK

difference between the hometown and the destination appear.
