Taking Pictures Automatically (Auto Picture Mode)

In b (Auto Picture mode), the camera selects the most appropriate capture mode from -(Normal mode), A (Night Scene mode), q (Landscape mode) and (Portrait mode) just by pressing the shutter release button.

Face Priority must be on for “Face Recognition AF” and “Face Recognition AE” to be active. When you point the camera at your subject’s face, the camera automatically recognizes it, adjusting both focus and exposure. Face Priority is always on in Auto Picture mode.
