• In shooting modes other than R, A, O, cand Y, the flash, focus mode, saturation, contrast, sharpness, white balance, etc. are automatically set to the optimal settings for each mode.

Some functions may not be available or may not function fully depending on the shooting mode. For details, refer to “Functions Available for Each Shooting Mode” (p.170).

The Capture Mode Palette does not appear even if you press the four-way controller (3) when Focus Mode is set to \and focus position is being adjusted (p.80).
