Step Install the Gate
Gather (Quantity):
41. | • (2) Male and Female Hinges | |
• (4) Carriage Bolts and Nuts | ||

• | Gate Latch | |
Install the upper female hinge below the upper most gate clip (4A). | ||
2. | Install the lower female hinge directly above the bottom gate clip (4B). | |
3. | Position the gate centered in the gate opening. | |
4. | Attach bottom male hinge and slide up to meet bottom female hinge.Tighten securely (4B). | |
5. | Attach top male hinge and slide down to meet top female hinge.Tighten securely (4A). | |
6. | With a ½ inch wrench, install the gate latch 3 feet (1 m) from the ground (4C). Note: The gate latch can | |
| be locked (4D). | |
