12.Clip the non corded loop at the end with the
loose threads. Finally, trim all thread ends to the same length and your Fringed Tassel is complete.
Please note these directions were made using a rayon decorative thread. If you are using cotton thread, you will probably not need to wrap as many times as the cotton thread is much thicker.
