Aval

Sens du flux des données partant de l'ordinateur hôte ou quittant ce dernier. Sur le répartiteur, le port aval est celui qui est électriquement le plus éloigné de l'ordinateur hôte et générant un flux de données en aval depuis le répartiteur. Les ports aval reçoivent les flux de donnés en amont.

Amont

Sens du flux des données en direction de l'ordinateur hôte. Le port amont est celui qui est électriquement le plus proche de l'ordinateur hôte et générant un flux de données en amont depuis le répartiteur. Les ports amont reçoivent le flux de donnés en aval.

UPS (Universal Power Supply, alimentation universelle)

Le moniteur doté de la fonction UPS peut être utilisé dans plusieurs pays aux tensions secteur différentes.
