In de ‘normenhiërarchie’ is TCO'03/99 de hoogste norm. Daarna komt TCO95, die weer ‘beter’ is dan TCO92, die weer een hogere norm is dan MPRII. Hieronder worden de normen met elkaar vergeleken.
