A:Because you activate Theft Deterrence function in SmartControl II. You can have below 3 way to solve this:

1.Enter your PIN number you setup.

2.You can use the universal PIN "PHILIPS" to enter it.

3.You can unlock the theft deterrence mode with mechanical override way by press

10sec. Menu and then 10 sec. Power key.
