SOUND – SETTING THE AUDIO OUT CONTROL

f you have connected the TV’s
IAUDIO OUTPUT jacks to the
AUDIO INPUT jacks on a stereo
receiver, set AUDIO OUT to either
VARIABLE or FIXED to determine
whether you adjust the volume at
the stereo or at the TV. If you
select VARIABLE, change the vol-
ume at the TV using the TV’s		PICTURE				TREBLE
remote control. If you select
		SOUND				BASS
FIXED, adjust the volume at the
		FEATURES				BALANCE		SOUND
stereo using the stereo’s controls.		INSTALL				AVL

To select FIXED or VARIABLE,						INCR. SURROUND
								BASS
follow these steps.								BALANCE

BEGIN								INCR. SURROUND
Press the MENU button on
the remote control to show the								SOUND
onscreen menu.

		TUNER A/B				POWER
Press the CURSOR RING								HEADPHONE
DOWN once to highlight SOUND.			VCR+					STEREO
		M.MEDIA	/RECORD	M-LINK		INCR.SURR.		SAP
Press the CURSOR RING								AUDIO OUT	FIXED
		PROG. LIST	M-LINK SOURCE			OPEN/CLOSE
RIGHT and the menu will shift to		OK
the left.		SWAP	PIP CH		SOURCE FREEZE			5

Press the CURSOR RING	6	SOUND				PICTURE		OR
DOWN repeatedly until AUDIO		BLUE				GREEN
