Access the teletext options menu

Most of the adva nced teletext featur es are
accessed via the t eletext options men u.
1 Press MHEG/TELETEXT.
The teletext screen appears. »
2 Press OPTIONS.
The teletext options menu appears. »
3 Press to select one of t he following
options.
• [Freeze page]Fr eezes the current
page.
• [Dual/Full screen]Enables and
disables dual screen teletext, which
splits the cur rent channel or source
to the left of th e screen, with
teletext on the right.
• [Reveal]Hides or revea ls hidden
information o n a page, such as
solutions to riddles or puzzles.
• [Cycle s ubpage]Cycles through
subpages automatically if subpages
are available.
• [Language]Switches to a di fferent
language grou p to display a language
correctly when that language uses a
different character set.
4 Press OK to confir m your choice.
5 Press MHEG/TELETEXT to exit the
teletext options menu.
3 Press to select on e of the
following sound se ttings.
• [Smart sound]Accesses pre-defined
smart so und settings.
• [Bass]Adjust s the bass level.
• [Treble]Adjusts the treble level.
• [Volume]Adjusts the volu me.
• [Vol.vis.impaired]Sets the mix of
visually impaired audio with regular
audio. When available, visually
impaired audio includes audio
descriptio ns of on-screen action . You
can also enabl e this by pressing AD
(Audio Descriptor).
• [Balance]Adjust s the balance of the
right and lef t speakers to best sui t
your listening position.
• [Audio language]Available for digital
channels, w hen multiple languages
are broadca st. Lists availa ble audio
languages.
• [Dual I-II]Selects between audio
languages if dua l sound is broadcast .
• [Mono/Stereo]Selects between
mono or ster eo if stereo is
broadcast.
• [TV sp eakers]Turns TV speakers on
or off.
• [Surround]Enables spatial sound.
• [Auto volume]Au tomatically
reduces sudd en volume changes, for
example, wh en switching channels .
When enable d, this produces a more
consistent audio volume.
