When wall mo unting the T V, use
only a wall moun t that can support
the weight of the T V. Secure the w all

Never place the T V on a surface
covered by a cloth or ot her material
that can be pulled away.
Ensure that n o part of the TV hangs
over the edge of the s urface.
Never place the T V on tall furnitur e
(such as a bookcas e) without
anchoring b oth the furniture an d TV
to the wall or a sui table support .
Educate chil dren abou t the dangers
of climbing on fu rniture to reach the
TV.
Risk of overh eating! Never i nstall the TV
in a confined spa ce. Always leave a s pace
of at least 4 in ches or 10 cm around the
TV for ventil ation. Ensur e curtains or
other objec ts never cover the ventilation
slots on the T V.

connect th e TV to the power outlet,
ensure that t he power voltage matches

or batter ies near naked flames or
other heat sources, including direct
sunlight.
To prevent the sprea d of fire, keep
candles or ot her flames away from
the TV, remote control and ba tteries
at all times.
Never insert objects into the
ventilation s lots or other openings on
the TV.
When the T V is swivelled ensure
that no str ain is exerted on the
power cord. Str ain on the power
cord can loos en connections and
cause arcing.

Never expose t he remote control or
batter ies to rain, water or exces sive
