2.4.2.INSERTING THE BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL

1.Remove the cover on the rear of the remote control.

2.Insert two AAA size 1.5V batteries ensuring that the “+” and “-” ends of the batteries are correctly aligned.

3.Replace the cover.

Note: Do not mix battery types, e.g. alkaline and manganese.

2.4.3.OPERATING RANGE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL

Point the top of the remote control toward the monitor's remote control sensor when pressing a button.

Use the remote control within a distance of about 10m/33ft from the monitor's remote control sensor and within a horizontal and vertical angle of 45 degrees.

Note: The remote control may not function properly when the remote control sensor on the monitor is under direct sunlight or strong illumination, or when there is an obstacle in the path of signal transmission.
