Attach the front panel
1 Attach the trim plate.
2 Inser t the right side of the pa nel in the
chassis until it is cor rectly engaged .
3 Press th e left side of the panel unt il the
mechanism locks i t into place.
Warning
Make sure the ante nna cable does not •
interfere wi th the safe operati on of driving
wheel, air bags an d seatbelts or oth er
equipment.
Before enterin g low overhangs, car w ashes, or
•
other places with o bstacles which may c atch
on or touch the anten na, remove the ante nna
to avoid potential da mage.
Damage caused by not foll owing the

installation i nstructions is n ot covered by
warranty.
6 Place the supplied rubber cushion over
the end of the mounting b olt.
7 Slide th e unit into the dashboar d until you
hear a click sound.
8 Reconnec t the negative termi nal of the
car battery.
