Troubleshooting
DivX video files cannot be played.
Make sure that the DivX video fi le is complete and the file ex tension is correc t. •
DRM-protected v ideo files that are stor ed on a USB flash drive can not be played through an •
analog video connect ion (for example, composi te, component, and sca rt). Transfer the video
content onto a suppor ted disc, or use an HDMI conn ection to play these file s.
DivX subtitles are not displayed correctly.
Make sure that the subtit le filename is the same as t he video filename. •
Make sure that the DivX video fil e and the subtitle file are s aved under the same direc tory. •
Select the charac ter set that suppor ts the subtitle. (Refe r to • [Preference] > [DivX Subtitle])
EasyLink does not work.
Make sure that EasyLi nk feature is enabled on the T V.•
Make sure the settings fo r • [EasyLink] are correct.
