•Du kan ikke få adgang til tekst-tv siderne og du var vant til at bruge denne (fi) knap for at få adgang til tekst-tv.

–Følg installationsfremgangsmåden og ved afsnittets trin 5 "Dit udstyret er af et andet mærke, eller dit udstyr er et Philips mærke, men ikke alle knapper svarer korrekt " tryk på

6knapperne 0, 0, 6 og 4. For at indtaste tekst-tv siderne tryk på

4knappen til undertekster.

•Tekst-tv knapperne virker ikke.

–Sørg for at dit TV har tekst-tv funktioner. SBC RU641´en udvider ikke funktionerne på dit TV!

• Du kan ikke slå tekst-tv fra.

–Tryk på knappen til undertekster for at slå tekst-tv fra.

• Problemer med at betjene alle funktioner på dit apparat.
