N O T E

It is possible to program modifications in the Teletext, PIP and coloured buttons sets in any given combination simultaneously.

Remote control is not working at all

Cause: Your TV is purchased after 1999 and uses the new RC-6 remote control protocol.

Solution: Press and hold the OK button and digit 5 button simultaneously for 5 seconds.

-Commands are sent in the new protocol. Some buttons obtain a different function. See ‘LIST OF FUNCTIONS (in RC-6 mode)’.

N O T E

It is not possible to program modifications in the Teletext, PIP and coloured buttons sets when your remote control is operating in RC-6 mode.

Reset modified buttons set to default function

If you want to reset any of the modified Teletext, PIP or coloured buttons sets to their default function:

1 Press and hold the OK button.

2 Simultaneously press for 5 seconds the same digit button you used to:

-modify a set of Teletext, PIP or coloured buttons,

-switch your remote control to RC-6 operation mode.

Adding functions

N O T E

You can program the additional TV and VCR functions listed below.

Buttons A, B, C, D or E are reserved for additional functions you assign yourself. To program a button:

1 Press and hold the button (A, B, C, D or E).

2 Enter the 3-digit code of the required function listed below.

3 Release the button.

If the TV function you require is not listed, please call our Helpline to obtain the correct code.

It is not possible to add other VCR functions then listed below.

N O T E

-If a wrong code is entered the button will maintain its initial function.

-By adding a new function you delete the original secondary function of the button. To reset the original function see ‘Resetting all functions’.
