Per evitare interferenze

Entrambe le unità fanno uso di tecnologia anti-interferenze per ridurre eventuali interferenze da parte di altri segnali. Nel caso in cui però dovessero verificarsi delle interferenze o se la ricezione del suono dovesse essere di cattiva qualità, si consiglia di commutare entrambe le unità sull’altro canale per migliorare la qualità del suono.

N.B.: Assicurarsi sempre che i selettori di canale (A-7, B-8) su entrambe le unità siano regolati sulla stessa posizione.

Controllo del collegamento tra le unità

La spia verde LINK (B-1) dell’unità genitore accesa in continuazione indica che le due unità sono collegate l’una all’altra. Questa luce lampeggia se l’unità bambino rimane fuori portata per oltre 30 secondi o se il segnale è bloccato.

Quando le unità non sono più collegate, cercare di:

•Spostare l’unità genitore avvicinandola all’unità bambino. (La massima distanza di funzionamento è di 250m in condizioni ottimali. Pareti e pavimenti possono limitare questa distanza.)

•Commutare entrambe le unità sull’altro canale.

•Controllare che entrambe le unità siano alimentate correttamente (batterie scariche?).

Attivazione dell’allarme acustico

Se lo desiderate, potete attivare una speciale caratteristica che vi consentirà di udire un allarme acustico sull’unità genitore quando le unità non sono collegate. L’unità genitore viene fornita con questo bip spento per evitare disturbi intermittenti che potrebbero verificarsi quando il collegamento viene interrotto per breve tempo.

Per attivare l’allarme acustico, aprire il coperchio del vano batterie dell’unità genitore (B-9) e regolare il selettore (B-12) che si trova all’interno sulla posizione On ( ).

N.B.: La spia LINK (B-1) continua a lampeggiare anche se l’allarme acustico è spento.

Gancio per cintura

Quando le batterie dell’unità genitore sono cariche, l’unità può essere trasportata garantendovi una libertà di movimento anche mentre controllate il vostro bambino. Usate il gancio per cintura (B-7) per appendere l’unità ai vostri abiti e avere quindi le mani libere.
