Ensure the handset r ingtone is turned o n.
The caller ID does not display.
The service is not ac tivated. Check wit h
your service prov ider.
The caller’s infor mation is withheld or
unavailable.
The handset loses connection with the base
or the sound is distorted during a call.
Check if the ECO mode is ac tivated. Turn it
off to increase the h andset range and enjoy
the optimal call condi tions.

The voice mail service is managed by your
service provider but not the phone itself.
Contact your service provider to change the
settings.

Ensure the batte ries are inserte d
correctly.

when charging.
