Die Aufnahme beginnt nach dem Piepton.

3 Wählen Sie einen Antwortmodus aus, und bestätigen Sie mit [WÄHLEN]. »» Die Einstellung wird gespeichert.

Hinweis

•• Wenn der Speicher voll ist, wechselt der Anrufbeantworter automatisch in den Modus [NUR ANTWORTEN].

Bandansagen

Die Bandansage ist die Nachricht, die die Anrufenden hören, wenn der Anrufbeantworter das Gespräch entgegennimmt. Der Anrufbeantworter bietet zwei werksseitig aufgenommene Bandansagen bzw. Modi, [ANTW+AUFNEHMEN] und [NUR

ANTWORTEN].

Aufzeichnen einer Bandansage

Die Höchstlänge der Bandansage, die Sie aufzeichnen können, beträgt drei Minuten. Die neu aufgezeichnete Ansage ersetzt automatisch die alte Ansage.

1 Drücken Sie die Taste menu.

2 Wählen Sie [ANRUFBEANTW.] > [ANSAGE AUFNEHM], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

3 Wählen Sie [ANTW+AUFNEHMEN] oder [NUR ANTWORTEN], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

4 Wählen Sie [ANSAGE AUFNEHM], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

6 Drücken Sie die Taste [OK], um die Aufnahme anzuhalten. Ansonsten wird die Aufnahme nach 3 Minuten beendet. »» Die aufgezeichnete Ansage wird

automatisch wiedergegeben, damit Sie sie prüfen können.

Hinweis

•• Um die werksseitig aufgenommene Bandansage wiederherzustellen, löschen Sie die aktuelle Nachricht.

Bandansage

1 Drücken Sie die Taste menu.

2 Wählen Sie [ANRUFBEANTW.] > [ANSAGE AUFNEHM], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

3 Wählen Sie [ANTW+AUFNEHMEN] oder [NUR ANTWORTEN]. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste [WÄHLEN].

4 Wählen Sie [ABSPIELEN], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

»» Das Mobilteil gibt die aktuelle Bandansage wieder.

Löschen einer Bandansage

1 Drücken Sie die Taste menu.

2 Wählen Sie [ANRUFBEANTW.] > [ANSAGE AUFNEHM], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

3 Wählen Sie [ANTW+AUFNEHMEN] oder [NUR ANTWORTEN], und

bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

4 Wählen Sie [LÖSCHEN], und bestätigen Sie anschließend mit [WÄHLEN].

5 Die werksseitig aufgenommene Bandansage wird wiederhergestellt.

•• Eine werksseitig aufgenommene Bandansage kann nicht gelöscht werden.
