Note

When using Skype, first select whether you wish to use the WebCam’s built-in microphone or the headset microphone.To do this:

Launch Skype.

Select ‘Tools’ in the screen that appears.

Under ‘Tools’, select ‘Options’.

Under ‘Options’, select ‘Microphone’.

Select ‘Microphone (USB Video Camera)’ for the WebCam’s built-in microphone. Select ‘Microphone (name of your audio driver)’ for the headset microphone.

Click ‘Save’.

To test the microphone sound, make a test call to Skype.

Under ‘Call’, select ‘Call to Skype Test Call’ and follow the spoken instructions.
