Limited Product Warranty
Philips warrants to the original purchaser (Customer) only that this Philips brand Theatre Director Advanced Surge Protector (Product) shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the purchase date. If the product proves to be defective during that period, Philips will repair or replace it without charge for parts or labor. Repair or replacement will be Philips’ only responsibility and the consumer’s only remedy. IN NO EVENT SHALL PHILIPS BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; EXCEPT FOR (AND ONLY FOR) the specific limited agreement of Philips to provide certain warranty benefits regarding connected equipment listed in the “Connected Equipment Warranty” section. [Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.]
To make a product warranty claim:
1.Call the Philips customer service number
2.Give a full description of the problem.
3.You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number – no returned product will be accepted without an RA number.
4.Send the product, transportation prepaid, to Philips’ address below.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
