5-Mode Preset Equalizer
You can switch among five preset equalization cur ves* (Super Bass/Powerful /Natural/
Vocal/Flat) simply by pushing an EQ button. Each of thes e settings boosts ba ss and
high-frequency ranges in ways that suit the music b est.

2-Mode Custom Preset Equalizer
Create and memorize your favorite equalization cur ves from an amazing vari ety of
sound-shaping dimensions and combinations, just as yo u like. Custom-1 mode can
memorize adjusted preset curves using 7-band* digi tal equalizer settings for ea ch
source (Source EQ memory). Custom-2 mode can register yo ur favorite custom curve
(based on Flat mode** curve) for all sources using th e 7-band* digital equalizer.

Pioneer’s headunits feature a 1-mode custom preset equ alizer for creating your favorite
sound curve from an amazing variety of sou nd-shaping dimensions/combinatio ns
exactly as you like. This mode can memorize adjusted preset curves by 3-band
parametric equalizer* settings for each s ource.

2-Way Crossover (HPF/LPF)
Our most feature-loaded models allow ex tra EEQ flexibilit y with selectabl e HPF
(High Pass Filter) and LPF (Low Pass Filter). Headunits of these sys tems can perform
as amplifiers or separate crossover units for easier s ystem control, particula rly of
low-frequency signals.
3-Mode Selectable Loudness
Select among three levels (high/mid/low) to inst antly boost volume when driv ing
noise overpowers in-car sound.
2-Mode Selectable Loudness
Select high or low volume boost level when ex traneous noise drowns out your
sound system.
