Removing USB devices from this unit

!Be sure to follow the procedure below when removing USB devices from this unit. Removing a USB device without following this proce- dure could erase this unit’s management data and make it impos- sible to read the USB device.

!When turning this unit’s power off, be sure to remove the USB device first.

1 Press [USB STOP] 5 for at least 2 seconds.

The [USB STOP] indicator turns off.

2 Disconnect the USB device.

Select the track.

!When there are multiple folder layers

To move to lower layers in a folder, select the folder then press the rotary selector.

To return to higher layers, press [BACK] J.

Press [BACK] for more than 1 second to move to the top layer.

4 Press the rotary selector I.

The track is loaded and playback begins.
