Pressing the front panel’s CLEAR button during the custom mode will cancel the displayed disc number from the custom file.

When the jog dial is used during custom playback, only the discs stored in the custom file can be selected.

If you use the digit buttons and DISC during CUSTOM playback to choose a disc not stored in the CUSTOM file, “NO DISC” will be displayed for approximately 3 seconds.

When a disc appointed to the CUSTOM file is not loaded in the rack, “NO DISC” is displayed for approximately 3 seconds, the disc is erased from memory, and CUSTOM searches for the next disc.

The discs stored in the CUSTOM file will not be erased when you turn off the power.

When another PD-F27 is connected to create a 602-disc changer, 20 custom files can be programmed. Note however that only discs loaded in the first PD-F27 can be programmed in custom files 1 to 10, and only discs loaded in the second PD- F27 can be programmed in custom files 11 to 20.

(Memory Back-Up Function)

Memorized data will be stored in memory for approx. 1 month even if the power cord is unplugged. However, this period may be shortened somewhat, depending on the amount of memory used.
