1.Please make sure you have see the bluetooth icon in the system tray like below.

2.Plug your BT-410U/420U into the PC USB port.

3.Windows will detect the device and ask the driver. Please select Install the software automatically (Recommended) and click Next.

4.Please click Finish to completed driver installation.
