To terminate a conference manually:
1In the Conferences list, select the conference you wish to delete and
click the Delete Conference ( ) button.
You are prompted for confirmation.
2Click OK to terminate the conference.
Adding Participants from the Address BookOnce the conference has started, you can add participants to a conference
directly from the Participants Address Book without having to use the New
Conference – Participants tab.
To drag & drop participants into the Participants List:
1Open the Address Book.
2Select, drag and drop the participant that you wish to add to the
conference directly from the Participant Address Book into the
Participant List.
Standard Windows multiple selection techniques can be used in this
procedure.
