This Heavy-Duty Mortiser features cast iron construction and a powerful 1-1/2HP motor. Heavy rack and pinion gear system utilizes a spring loaded adjustable position handle for travel, and a unique gas-filled shock to allow for smooth movement. A large 14-5/8" x

7-1/8" table gives plenty of work support and will adjust to any angle from 0 to 90°. The lower stop can support a door on edge.
