¥To reduce the possibility of electric shock, keep the console dry. Avoid spilling liquids on the console, and place only a sealed water bottle in the water bottle holder.

FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features to help you get the most from your workouts. When the manual mode is selected, the speed and incline of the treadmill can be changed with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the LED track and four displays will provide continuous exercise feedback. With the built-in pulse sensor, you can even measure your heart rate.

In addition, the console offers ten workout programs. Four programs automatically control the incline of the

treadmill and six programs control the speed of the treadmill as they guide you through effective workouts. You can even create custom workout programs and save them in the consoleÕs memory for future use.

An optional chest pulse sensor adds even more features to the console. The chest pulse sensor continuously monitors your heart rate during your workouts and offers hands-free operation. To purchase an optional chest pulse sensor, refer to page 14.
