•Don’t favor either the hori- zontal or vertical scan win- dows. Keep items in their natural orientation.
•Remember to slide or push items rather than picking them up. By avoiding any gripping, twisting and rota- tion of your hands and wrists, you can prevent repetitive motion injuries. This technique also relieves you from possibly lifting thousands of pounds per day.
