Using the Mailbox

Exporting Cartridges in 10-Slot or 12-Slot Mode 2
To export cartridges in 10-slot or 12-slot mode:
1Use the backup software to export cartridges to the top left
magazine.
2On the main screen, press Mailbox.
The GUI displays the Mailbox screen (see figure 22).
3Press Open.
The GUI displays the Mailbox - OPEN screen (see figure 23).
4Press the button next to the top left magazine access door and
open the door.
5Pull the magazine out of the library.
6Remove the cartridges from the magazine.
7Reinsert the magazine into the library.
8Close the magazine access door.
9On the Mailbox - OPEN screen, press Re-Lock.
The library locks the magazine access door.
Importing a Cartridge in 1-Slot Mode 2
To import a cartridge in 1-slot mode:
1On the main screen, press Mailbox.
The GUI displays the Mailbox screen (see figure 22).
2Press Open.
The GUI displays the Mailbox - OPEN screen (see figure 23).
3Press the button next to the top left magazine access door and
open the door.
4Pull the magazine forward until it stops.
5Insert the cartridge you wish to import into the mailbox.
