5.Press POWER to turn off the headset. If you do not turn off the headset, it turns off automatically in 60 minutes to save battery power. To continue listening, press and hold down POWER until the band and station appear on the display.

MEMORY TUNING

Store your favorite stations into memory so you can easily tune to them or scan them. You can store up to 20 stations (10 stations in each band).

Storing a Station in Memory

1.Press POWER to turn on the headset. Then select the band and station you want to store into memory.

2.Press MEMORY. 1 appears and MEMORY flashes on the display for about 10 seconds.

3.While MEMORY flashes, repeatedly press M-SELECT until the display shows the memory location number you want to assign to this station.

4.Press MEMORY again.

5.Select the next band and station you want to store into memory and repeat Steps 2-4.

Notes: If you do not complete the steps within 10 seconds, MEMORY disappears and the headset does not store the station in memory. You must begin again at Step 2.

If you assign a location number previously assigned, the new station replaces the old one.

Tuning to a Programmed Station

To tune to a programmed station, select the appropriate band and repeatedly press M-SELECT until the desired memory location number appears on the display. To move quickly through the memory locations press and hold M-SELECT.

LOCKING THE CONTROLS

LOCK IN/OUT prevents you from accidentally turning the headset on or off, changing the band or station, or changing other controls. You can still adjust VOLUME.
