Connections and Setup

Out-Going Announcement Playback

1. Press the Menu button.

2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.

3.Press the Sel/Save button.

4.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to OGA PLAYBACK.

5.Press the Sel/Save button.

6. Use the or } to scroll to L1 or L2.

7.Then use the 5 or 6 to scroll to desired OGA to be played.

DEFAULT PERSONAL ANNOUNCE ONLY WORK HOURS AFTER HOURS

8.Press the Sel/Save button to start playback.

9.When playback finishes, it will stop automatically. Or press the Exit button to stop playback. When playback stops, it returns to OGA PLAY menu.

Out-Going Announcement RECORD

1. Press the Menu button.

2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.

3.Press the Sel/Save button.

4.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to OGA RECORD.

5.Press the Sel/Save button.

6. Use the or } to scroll to L1 or L2.

7.Then use the 5 or 6 to scroll to desired OGA to be recorded.
