Basic Playback
This section explains the basic method for playing back recorded images and
playing back images using a TV.

Files Playable on the Camera

The following image files can be played on this camera.
•Files recorded on this camera
•Files transferred from a PC
Note
•The “UNMATCHED FILE” message will be displayed if an unplayable
file is encountered.
•Files recorded on the Ricoh RDC-300, RDC-4000 and RDC-5000
series and RDC-7 can also be displayed. However, the non-
compressed files recorded in PRO mode of RDC-7 is unplayable.

Playing a Still Picture, Text or Continuous

Shooting File

Follow the procedure below to play files recorded in (Still Picture), (Text)
or (Continuous Shooting) mode, and still picture or text files with a voice
memo.

ASet the mode dial to [ ] and select the playback source with the

button.

The most recently recorded file will be played back.

•If necessary, you can switch folders to play a file from a folder of your
choice. → P.100 “Selecting a Folder”

BUse the or button to select the

file to be played.

Pressing the button to display the previous
image and pressing the button to display
the next image. Press and hold the or
button changes the image continuously.
