Note

•Press the CANCEL button during recording to stop the interval (time-

lapse) recording.

•Normal picture taking is possible during interval (time-lapse) recording

by pressing the shutter release button. The preset time interval will not

change.

•The time interval may become longer than the preset interval,

depending on the image quality mode and flash mode settings.

•If using the battery, the battery may become exhausted during interval

(time-lapse) recording. It is recommended to use the optional AC

adapter.

Soft Mode

Recording the plane images such as a face of a person, a sky and a wall in soft

mode makes the contours soft.

ASet the mode dial to [ or ] and

press the MENU button.

BSelect [SOFT MODE].

CSelect [ON] and select [OK].

DSelect [EXIT] to exit the menu display.

EPress the shutter release button.
