The beep does not sound.

Pressing the ADJ./OK button to F(flash) does not change the flash mode. (GP.29)

The self-timer lamp will not blink and a beep will not sound in self-timer mode. (GP.30)

1 Turn the mode dial to SCENE.

The camera is ready to shoot and the selected scene mode is displayed at the top of the picture display.
