Suggested Part Replacement Schedule

Replace motor every 5 years. See page 6 for RIDGID cat. 90202.

SERVICE AND REPAIR

!WARNING Service and repair work on this pump must be performed by qualified repair personnel. Pump should be taken to a RIDGID Independent Authorized Service Center or returned to the factory. All repairs made by RIDGID service facilities are war- ranted against defects in material and workmanship.

!WARNING When servicing this pump, only iden- tical RIDGID replacement parts should be used. Failure to follow these steps may create a risk of flood- ing, property damage, fatal electrical shock, or other serious injury.

TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Blown fuse or breaker

If blown, replace with the proper sized fuse or reset the breaker.

Pump starts but

Inlet screen clogged

Clean debris from screen.

delivers little or no flow

Low line voltage

If voltage is under 108 volts, check wiring size.

Restriction in discharge hose

3.

Unwind garden hose, remove any kinks or restrictions in hose.

 

4.

Discharge lift too high

4.

Water level to end of garden hose is 25 ft. or greater.
