BEFORE USING THE SBS2000H3 SPOTLIGHT READ THESE PRECAUTIONS

• Inspect the SBS2000H3 before each use.
• Do not use the SBS2000H3 if it is broken, cracked, dama ged or worn parts are ob-
served, any spotlight that appears da maged in any way, or operates abnormally shall
be removed from service immediatel y.
• The SBS20 00H3 spotlight is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use t he SBS2000H3 spotlight for any purpose oth er than temporary lighting.
• Do not look directly into the light beam when i t is ON.
• Do not leave the SBS2000H3 unattended wh en it is ON or recharging.
• Do not use in overly wet conditions.
• Do not use immerse the light in water or any other li quids, it is not waterproof.
• Do not expose to fire or high temperatures, the ba ttery may explode.
• Do not operate the spotlight facing down on a sur face especially in the proximity of
flammable objects.
• Charging produces hydrogen gas that may exp lode when exposed to fire. Do not
charge use near flame or spark.
• Do not aim the spotlight in peoples eyes as it may c ause damage or blindness
• You must use the AC adaptor supplied with the SBS2000H3. Do n ot use any other
adaptor to charge the battery.
• Before charging move all switches to the OFF positio n.
• Do not completely discharge batter y before recharging as this will decre ase the
battery’s life.
• Charge the battery completely befo re using the SBS2000H3 for the first ti me.
• Do not store the SBS2000H3 spotlight for exte nded periods of time. Charge every
three months during storage.
• Do not charge the battery for an extend ed period of time. Overcharging will gre atly
shorten battery life.
• Overcharging may result in battery over heating and leakage.
• Avoid charging at temperatures below 39℉ / 4℃.
• The DC adaptor’s plug becomes very warm whe n in use. Use caution when unplug-
ging from receptacle.
• Recharging time is dependent upon h ow discharged the battery is, never ch arge for
more than 9 hours.
• Do not charge longer than the times state d.

AC CHARGING ADAPTOR

Do not leave the SBS2000H3 unattended wh en charging the battery.
Fully charge battery after each use.
Fully charge battery every 3 months to ma intain battery life.
Allowing discharged batteries to si t for several months will reduce lifetime.

on the side of the SBS2000H3,
then plug the AC adaptor into a
110V AC outlet.
2. The Red LED will light to
indicate the battery is charging.
3. The both Green LEDs will
light when the battery is fully
charged.

MAIN LIGHT

Charge the battery completely befo re using the spotlight for the first time.
Press the ON/OFF switch under the handle to turn the u nit ON.
LED LIGHT
The side LED lamp is controlled by the push b utton switch on the lens of the LED light.
Press the switch once to turn the LED light ON, press i t again to turn it OFF.
Press the switch again to turn on the LED light in flas h mode, Press it again to turn it
OFF.

The SBS2000H3 has an adjustable mu lti-position base.

Important
To maximize battery life, maintain batter y charge before storage. Do
not charge for more than 9 hours. Never overcha rge the battery.
Do not attempt to disassemble batter y or remove any parts from the
battery or terminals.
Do not attempt to burn or incinerate.
When disposing of the SBS2000H3 do so in a ccordance with local regulation s pertain-
ing to disposal of lead acid batteries , plastics and glass. Regulations m ay vary.
Contact your local Solid Waste Authority for re cycling information.
1. Remove the five screws from the rear panel of the spotlig ht.
2. Remove the rear panel from the body of the spot lig ht.
3. Disconnect the red and black wires fr om the old battery, and re-
move the battery from the body of the spotlight.
4. Replace the battery with a batter y that has same voltage and am-
perage rating as the original. (12V DC @ 4.5 Amp hours)

Reconnect the Red Wire to the Positive (+) battery ter minal and the
Black Wire to the Negative (-) battery terminal.
6. Reinstall the battery to its o riginal position inside the body of the s potlight.
7. Reinstall the rear cover and tighten the five screws. D o not overtighten the screws.
Change the Battery
Do not charge for more than 9 h ours.
