
Chapter 4. Recording Your Performance
You can easily record your performances.
A recorded performance can be played back to hear your own playing, or to add additional parts.
The following types of recording can be done using the
• Recording just your own keyboard performance

If you attempt to record using a different internal song when a performance has already been recorded, the following will appear, and the indicators of [Rec] button will blink.
If it is OK to erase the performance, press the [Rec] button.
If you do not want to erase the performance, press the [Play] button.
Recording Songs Starting with Pickups
Use the following method to record songs that start with pickup beats (where the song begins on a beat other than the first beat of the measure).
1.Press the [Play] button in Step 6 of “Recording a New Song” on the next page.
