[MENU] Button Operations
When you press the [MENU] button, the Menu screen will appear in
the display.
Touch an icon in the screen to select the corresponding menu.

Assigning a Name
The JUPITER-80 lets you assign names to the following items.
• Registration
• Live set
• SuperNATURAL Synth Tone
• User arpeggio style
• Song
Regardless of what you’re naming, the procedure is the same.
Shift / !@#$.
Switches
between types
of characters.
Clear All
Deletes all
characters that
you’ve entered.
Space
Enters a space.
<< / >>
Moves the cursor
(the location of
the character to
be entered).
×
Cancels what has
been entered and
closes the screen.
OK
Finalizes what
has been
entered and
closes the
screen.
Del
Deletes the character to
the right of the cursor
location.
Keyboard
Select
characters.
Back Space
Deletes the
character to the left
of the cursor.
MEMO
You can also use the cursor [ ] [ ] buttons to move the
cursor, and use the value dial or [DEC] [INC] to select the
character that you want to enter.
