Making a Multi-Track Recording
Recording On a V.Track
The VS-2480/2480CD has 24 tracks, and each of these tracks has 16 supplementary
tracks called V.Tracks. By using these V.Tracks you can record up to 384 (24 x 16)
tracks of audio.
The following example shows how to record a performance on V.Track 2 of track 1.

1. Press [TR 1-16 (MASTER EDIT)].
[TR 1-16 (MASTER EDIT)] indicator will light, [CH EDIT]
will be the Track Mixer channel edit buttons for channels 1–
16.
2. Press Track Mixer channel 1 [CH EDIT]. Mixer Condition
screen will appear.

3. Use [][][][] to move the cursor to
the “V.Trk.”
4. Use TIME/VALUE dial to change the V.Track. For
this example, select “2.” As described in “Recording
On a Track (p. 36),” record your performance and
listen to it.
