3. Spojite napojni priključak niskotlačne strane višestrukog mjerila na ulaz

Višestruko mjerilo

servisnog plina kao što je prikazano na slici.

 

4.Otvorite ventil niskotlačne strane višestrukog mjerila u smjeru suprotnom od kazaljke na satu.

5.Pročistite zrak u spojenim cijevima koristeći vakumsku crpku otprilike 15 minuta.

Pazite da mjerač tlaka pokazuje -0,1MPa(-76cmHg) nakon otprilike 10 minuta. Ovaj postupak je vrlo važan kako bi se izbjeglo curenje plina.

Zatvorite ventil niskotlačne strane višestrukog mjerila u smjeru kazaljke na satu.

Isključite vakumsku crpku.

Provjerite na 2 minute ima li bilo kakve promjene pritiska.

Uklonite crijevo niskotlačne strane višestrukog mjerila.

6.Postavite čep ventila tekućeg i plinovitog servisnog ulaza u otvoren položaj.

7.Montirajte maticu tijela ventila i kapicu servisnog ulaza na ventil i učvrstite ih momentom od 183kgf•cm pomoću momentnog ključa.

8.Provjerite curi li plin posebno vodeći računa o 3-smjernim maticama tijela ventila i o kapici servisnog ulaza (vidi stranicu 37).

Dodavanje rashladnog sredstva

Dodajte punjenje rashladnog sredstva sukladno donjoj tablici:

Ako koristite cijev dužu od 5 m,

‘15’g rashladnog sredstva R410A mora se dodati za svaki dodatni metar.

Ako koristite cijev kraću od 5 m,

Vrijeme pročišćavanja je normalno.
