Verifiche finali e prova di funzionamento

Una volta terminata l’installazione è indispensabile eseguire le seguenti verifiche ed una prova di funzionamento per appurare che il climatizzatore funzioni correttamente.

Verificare:

• La solidità della posizione di installazione

• Il serraggio e la tenuta dei giunti a cartella

• I collegamenti elettrici

•La posa dell’isolamento delle tubazioni

•La funzionalità del sistema di drenaggio della condensa

•L’efficacia del collegamento a terra

•Il corretto funzionamento del climatizzatore ponendo in atto quanto precisato nei punti successivi

1.Premere il pulsante di Alimentazione e controllare che:

Sia illuminato l’indicatore di funzionamento posto sull’unità interna.

Si apra il deflettore di mandata dell’unità interna e che il ventilatore aumenti la velocità.

2.Premere il pulsante Mode per selezionare la modalità di Raffreddamento o di Riscaldamento.

Se si fosse selezionata la modalità di Raffreddamento: impostare la temperatura di 16 °C utilizzando i pulsanti Temp + e Temp -.

Se si fosse selezionata la modalità di Riscaldamento: impostare la temperatura di 30 °C utilizzando i pulsanti Temp + e Temp -.

Dopo 3 – 5 minuti circa hanno inizio il funzionamento dell’unità esterna e l’erogazione di aria calda o fredda dall’unità interna.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

•

Dopo 12 minuti dalla stabilizzazione del funzionamento controllare le temperatura dell’aria entrante ed uscente dall’unità interna.

 

NOTA

In raffreddamento, per l’unità internaDifferenza tra la temperatura di ingresso e di uscita dell’aria: da 10 a 12 K (salto termico indicativo)

In riscaldamento, per l’unità interna Differenza tra la temperatura di uscita e di ingresso dell’aria: da 11 a 14 K (salto termico indicativo)

In modalità di riscaldamento il motore del ventilatore dell’unità interna potrebbe arrestarsi per preessere la circolazione di aria troppo fredda in ambiente.

3.Premere il pulsante di controllo del Deflettore orizzontale e controllare che:

Il deflettore orizzontale funzioni adeguatamente.

4.Premere il pulsante di Alimentazione per arrestare il funzionamento dell’apparecchio.

 

 

 

 

• Una volta completata l’installazione l’installatore deve consegnare questo manuale all’utente raccomandandogli di

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

riporlo in un luogo sicuro in cui sia facilmente reperibile per eventuali future necessità.
